We improve the way businesses work.

Oraclyn is a Business Process Optimization company. Here's what that means in plain language, and what it could mean for your business.

What is Business Process Optimization?

Every business runs on processes, even if nobody calls them that. Taking an order. Paying a supplier. Hiring someone. Following up with a customer. Closing the month.

Each one is a series of steps that people, information and tools move through. Business Process Optimization means looking carefully at those steps, finding what slows them down or makes them fragile, and changing them so the work is easier, faster and more reliable.

It isn't about working harder, and it isn't about buying more software. It's about setting up the work so it makes sense.

For example

A distributor takes orders by phone, writes them in a book, then types them into one spreadsheet for delivery and another for invoicing. A better way might be one order record that feeds both. Or it might be something else entirely. It depends on what's really causing the delays, and that's what we find out first.

Problems we help businesses solve

We don't sell a list of services. We solve problems like these, whatever form the answer takes.

Time and effort

  • Work that takes far longer than it should
  • Tasks repeated by hand every day
  • Too many approvals and handovers

Information and visibility

  • Information scattered across chats, books and spreadsheets
  • Reports that take days to prepare
  • Not knowing where things stand

People and structure

  • Processes that depend on one or two people
  • Unclear responsibilities
  • Activities that are hard to manage or supervise

Growth

  • Systems the business has outgrown
  • Ways of working that don't scale
  • Important activities that need a proper operating model

Our services

Every engagement starts with understanding the problem. These are the ways we most often solve it, from registering a new business properly to automating work in an established one.

The solution is decided by the problem, not the other way around.

Not sure which of these you need? That's normal. Tell us the problem, and we'll recommend the right fit, even if it's something simpler.

Tell us what you're trying to improve.

You don't need a brief or a plan. Describe what isn't working, and we'll take it from there.
