Register your business properly, and start organized.
We take care of registering your business with the Office of the Registrar of Companies, from choosing the right structure to receiving your documents, and set you up with the basics so it runs properly from day one.
Not sure this is the right service? We'll work that out together on the call.
Does this sound like your business?
If two or more of these feel familiar, it's worth a conversation.
- You're not sure whether to register as a sole proprietorship, partnership or company.
- The forms, documents and requirements are confusing.
- You've been trading for a while but never formally registered.
- A bank, client or tender is asking for documents you don't have.
- You started registering, and it stalled.
What it's really costing you
Problems like these rarely announce themselves. They quietly cost you time, money and opportunities.
Missed opportunities
Without registration documents, bank accounts, contracts, tenders and loans are hard to access.
Delays and rework
Errors or missing documents send applications back and cost you time.
Trouble later
Skipped renewals, annual returns or tax registration can lead to penalties down the line.

Is this right for you?
We'd rather be honest up front than take on work we can't do well.
This is for you if
- You're starting a new business in Ghana.
- You've been trading informally and want to make it official.
- You need registration documents for a bank, client or tender.
- You'd rather spend your time on the business than on paperwork.
This isn't for you if
- You need legal advice on a dispute or a complex ownership arrangement. A qualified lawyer is the right person for that.
- You want to skip steps the law requires.
- Your business is already registered and compliant. (If it's running messily, see how we help with that.)

Questions people ask
How long does registration take?
It depends on the business type and the Registrar's processing times. On the call, we'll give you a realistic estimate, and we'll keep you updated until it's done.
How much does it cost?
There are official fees set by the Registrar, which depend on the type of business, plus our service fee. You'll get the full breakdown before we start.
Sole proprietorship or company: what's the difference?
A sole proprietorship is owned by one person, who is personally responsible for the business's debts. A company is a separate legal entity, which protects the owners' personal assets but comes with more filing duties. We'll help you choose what fits your plans.
Do I need a Ghana Card?
Ghanaian owners and directors need a Ghana Card, and its PIN also serves as their Tax Identification Number (TIN). Foreign nationals can use a passport, and businesses with foreign owners have extra steps. We'll explain what applies to you.
What happens after registration?
Registration is the start. Depending on your business, you may need to register for tax, get a business operating permit from your local Assembly, apply for sector licenses, and file annual renewals or returns. Your checklist covers what applies to you.
