We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you and to understand how people find our website.

Details you give us through the contact form: your name, business, email, phone number and your message.
How you found us, for example the website or advert that brought you here. This is stored in your browser and sent with your message.
Anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are visited, collected through our analytics tools.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
To understand which of our channels are useful, so we can improve how we reach businesses.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who handles it

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered to us through a form service provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that conversation.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
