We believe there's a better way to work.

Oraclyn exists to help businesses find it, and build it.

Three colleagues in discussion around a table

Why Oraclyn exists

In many businesses, capable people spend their days on work that shouldn't be this hard. Chasing approvals. Re-entering the same data. Rebuilding reports by hand. Relying on the one person who knows how everything fits together.

The help on offer usually falls into two camps. Some providers sell a product and look for places to install it. Others study the business, write recommendations, and leave the hard part, actually making the change, to you.

Oraclyn was set up to do something different: understand the work first, then build the better way, whatever form it needs to take.

How we think about work

The work comes first

Tools, systems and technology are only useful if they fit the work. So we study the work before we choose anything.

Simple is a feature

The best solution is often the simplest one that solves the problem. We don't add complexity to look impressive.

Useful beats clever

A solution only matters if people use it. We build for the people who'll rely on it every day.

Good work keeps improving

Businesses change. The way they work should change with them, so we build things that can grow.

Insight, squared.

Our symbol is a complete ring with a fitted square corner. It describes how we work.

The ring is how we see. We look at the whole of how work happens, not just one part of it.

The corner is what we build. Something solid and practical, made to fit your business.

Seeing without building changes nothing. Building without seeing fixes the wrong thing. We do both.

Where we work

We're based in Ghana, and we're working with businesses here first.

Over time, we'll bring the same approach to businesses in Nigeria and to international markets. Wherever we work, the principle is the same: start with the work, and build what the business actually needs.

Let's talk about how your business works.

Tell us what you'd like to improve. We'll listen first.
